LDA is an acronym for 'Legal Document Assistant'.

Many of us are experienced Paralegals who have served under skilled attorneys for many years. However, we are prohibited from referring to ourselves as Paralegals to the public and are instead known as Legal Document Assistants ("LDA's"). We must be bonded and insured and are prohibited from providing legal advice.

I am a Legal Document Assistant specializing in providing practical and cost effective Family Law related document preparation to self represented litigants. For more than 20 years I served as a Family Law Paralegal to skilled attorneys in the heart of the Silicon Valley.
